Download Excel Tracking Templates

Lesson 5

1. Click here to download the AgentDailyTracking.xlsx file into your computer.

2. Create a folder in C drive with folder name --> AgentTracking

2. Copy downloaded  AgentDailyTracking.xlsx file from step 1 above to your C:\AgentTracking

What does each columns in the excel mean?

  • Listing Lead (applicable for sub-sale agent only): Lead you received by owner for sell or for rent either through call, sms, sms blast or etc.
  • Customer Lead: Lead you receive to buy or want to rent, either from cold call, facebook ads, flyers, roadshow, property portal or etc.
  • Listing Appointment (applicable for sub-sale agent only): Appointment you set with owner for sell or for rent, either to discuss the details about the house, inspection or take photos.
  • Customer Appointment: Appointment you set with buyer or tenant to view the property.
  • Listing Closed (applicable for sub-sale agent only): You have close the deal where letter of offer for sale or for rent has been sign by owner and buyer/tenant. Listing closed refer to you have the listing, you close it either by co-agent or your lead engaged you for this particular listing. 
  • Customer Closed: You have close the deal where letter of offer for sale or for rent has been sign by owner and buyer/tenant.Customer closed for project is straightfoward, you close a deal, you enter how many deal close for that day, for sub-sale refer to you close the customer whether you do not have the listing but co-agent or your first listing view by customer is not close buy 2nd or 3rd listing.
  • Total Close: Sum of Listing Closed and Customer Closed.
  • Gross Comission Income: Your total gross commission income.


Notes: Why there is Listing Lead, Appointment, Closed and Customer Lead, Appointment, Closed?
