For the past few months after attending REAL Rockstar Coaching by Raphael Wong, I am consistently picking up the habit to update my daily tracking for leads, appointment and closing. It's definitely a good habits to track your performance to review and look back at how well you are performing each month. The data will show your weaknesses and strength. For example, if you are good at getting leads and weak at fixing an appointment, then you have to do something about it or if you want more closing, then go all out to get more appointment.
Having said that, discipline is the key to gain benefit from your tracking or else it mean nothing.
